Yrael is the eighth of the Nine Bright Shiners. In The Beginning, Yrael ignored theCharter's creation, but the Seven found, and bound, him in the form of Mogget. Yrael is not one of the bells, and has no known ability. However, Yrael was unbound at Orannis' binding to help, after which he was rebound, but with Belgaer, not Ranna.
